RAMALLAH, February 26, 2025 - Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas inquired on Wednesday about the health of Pope Francis.

In a telegram, the President wrote: "I am writing to Your Holiness to inquire about your health. We continue our prayers to God, as do your beloved ones around the world, for his divine blessing for a swift and complete recovery, along with a long life, so that your message may continue to be, as always, a beacon of hope, tolerance, and love among people."
