BETHLEHEM, Friday, July 15, 2022 – President Mahmoud Abbas today received U.S. President Joe Biden in the West Bank city of Bethlehem.

An official welcoming ceremony was held at the presidential headquarters, where the national anthems of Palestine and the United States were played. President Abbas and President Biden then reviewed the honor guard.

The two leaders are scheduled to hold talks on the latest political developments and bilateral relations, followed by a joint press conference.
