RAMALLAH, Monday, June 27, 2022 – President Mahmoud Abbas today chaired the weekly cabinet session in Ramallah.

Speaking at the opening of the session, President Abbas said that the Palestinian popular resistance to the Israeli occupation and settler-colonial practices is witnessing a significant qualitative development in the current period.

“Every Palestinian citizen, regardless of gender or age, participates in the peaceful rallies. I have seen the people of Beita, as well as many other Palestinian cities and villages, standing up to this brutal Israeli aggression with their bare chests,” President Abbas said.

He added: “I believe the outcomes will be better, but we must remain patient and steadfast.”
