RAMALLAH, Friday, January 01, 2020 - President Mahmoud Abbas granted today general amnesty to a number of civil detainees who have completed most of their imprisonment sentence.

The pardon comes on the occasion of Christmas, the New Year and the 56th anniversary of the outbreak of the contemporary Palestinian Revolution.
