RAMALLAH, Thursday, December 17, 2020 - President Mahmoud Abbas sent today a letter to his French counterpart Emmanuel Macron wishing him a speedy recovery, after the latter had tested positive for COVID-19.

The President wished Macron a good health and well-being, and wished the French people all prosperity and peace.
